Reviews
Everything was excellent! Ambiance, service and the food was simply delicious! I picked this for my birthday dinner and my family and I had the very best time! Our new favorite place!
Food was lovely. Beautiful presentation and quality local ingredients.
Service wasn't spectacular, a little sparse but friendly when we did get it.
Location and atmosphere were nice, convenient and clean.
Surprised this is ranked #10 on trip advisor, they deserve to be higher.
Popular higher end restaurant with tasty quality foods and cocktails. Make a reservation or be prepared for a long wait. We had made a reservation but there was some confusion and we weren’t on the list and had to wait a bit, but the hostess appropriately rectified the issue.
The food and drinks were awesome. Several vegetarian options including a cauliflower steak, stuffed poblano chili, pizzas. We ordered the poblano chili and a pizza, both were excellent. Will was a great and knowledgeable waiter.
Really enjoyed our meal here and would highly recommend
We hadn't made a reservation when we came through, so we decide to sit at the bar rather than wait for a table. Great cocktails and the pizza was amazing!
We got to see the amazing kitchen team at work with the stone fired oven, so impressed.
We ordered the cornbread as an appetizer and went to heaven!!!!!! Hands down the best corn bread I've ever had! Would go again and eat just that!
Food was good but overpriced. Staff was friendly but our waitress must have been new as she didn't know anything about the menu and was just slow overall. Probably won't go here again as it just doesn't seem worth it. We paid $60 before tax and tip for a burger, salad, and a small cheese pizza, no drinks.
The fish in the fish tacos was very dry and had little flavor. The rice was over seasoned with Saffron. My son said his pizza was good, my granddaughter said her burger was good. Pretty pricey place.
My mother and I embarked on the first night of our mini-vacation at this charming spot. The directive to leave when advised was met with precision. The service surpassed expectations, and the cuisine was nothing short of divine. Despite lacking a reservation, I strongly recommend securing one. Seated at the chef's bar, we marveled at the meticulous work of each chef, evident in their focused dedication. The drinks were unparalleled – a pear mule for my mother and a toasted coconut and vanilla daiquiri for me. Opting for the stuffed poblano chili, we delighted in the Parmesan Alfredo from the kids' menu for my three-year-old. Our dessert, a rustic pie with ice cream, crowned the evening. Not a single complaint surfaced; here, value aligns with the cost. Without hesitation, I would revisit should my travels bring me back to the area.
Food was spectacular, I had the Sea Bass which was cooked to perfection. My lovely wife had the 14 oz Ribeye, that was also cooked to a perfect medium. Also, you could see the vanilla bean seeds in the creme brulee which shows that it was legit as well. Desirae was our server and was amazing and on point. Thanks Chimayo for a wonderful evening... we'll be back.
